SHIPPING
Ready to Ship (RTS) items will ship within 3-5 business days from when payment is received. If you add CUSTOM ITEMS to your order, shipping time will be extended dependent on order.
Turn Around Time (TAT) will change with order influx. Our hope is to keep orders under 7-10 business days, depending on the complexity and availability of materials.
Custom Orders or Made to Order Items (MTO) will be shipped within 7-10 business days if all materials are available. If materials need to be ordered, the period will be extended based on the ETA of materials. Please take that into consideration when requesting a custom order item. Once this order is submitted, a private message will be sent through the page and/or customer email provided, to gather all the details and specifics of your order.
